This is the policy for every phone we sell
No refund, no return
Every phone is sold with a guaranteed IMEI and activated in the store on your carrier. Because of that, sales are final.
3-day repair
If the device has a fault within 3 days, we repair it to your satisfaction. We do not refund it.
Unlocked
Phones on this site are unlocked and work with your carrier. We confirm that in the store before you leave.
In store only
All sales are done in the store. No delivery. No shipping. Pick up at Twister Wireless Main, 4548 NW 23rd St, Oklahoma City.
Financing
Financing is available from $50 down on any phone. Approval is not guaranteed on the website.
Manufacturer warranty
Some phones still have Apple or Samsung warranty. That is noted on the phone. It does not replace the 3-day Twister repair, and it is not a return policy.
